Swim, sail, ski, and cycle badly yet enthusiastically. Love history and the natural world.
Yep. Surely all BBC presenter employment contracts have something about not showing undue bias. Her partiality is palpable.

No, we need a DG who is non party political, who has absolutely no history of party allegiance. The BBC is meant to be unbiased - not only moderately right-wing.
November 11, 2025 at 8:43 AM
Agreed, and somehow a mention of Farage and Reform was shoe-horned even into non-news programmes.
November 11, 2025 at 8:37 AM
True.
November 10, 2025 at 11:15 PM
The BBC news reporting has descended to the gutter too.
November 8, 2025 at 10:44 PM
At it again. The Greens obsessed with attacking Labour, thereby paving the way for Reform. Wouldn't it be nice if the Greens could instead explain in a positive manner what their policies are and how, practically, they will implement them?
November 4, 2025 at 8:17 PM
Another Green with nothing sensible to say. Just negative quips against Labour.
November 4, 2025 at 2:19 AM
The polls before the last election showed Labour were ahead. Did the BbC parade Starmer at every opportunity, allow him to spout his policies without the slightest criticism, make sure there were Labour politicians and spokespeople on every current affairs programme? No. So why Reform?
November 2, 2025 at 11:42 PM
Yep, that's my concern. All progressives need to support each other, and vote tactically to defeat Reform.
October 28, 2025 at 7:33 PM
Another Green Party member unable to make a positive comment. I'm pro Green and followed Caroline Lucas, the voice of sanity in insane times. But now, all I hear from Greens is anti-Labour propaganda worthy of Reform supporters- which will encourage folk to vote Reform, congratulations.

It was King Charles 1st. Compared to most 17th century heads of state, he wasn't that bad. He just couldn't respond to changing times.
October 25, 2025 at 5:21 PM
Absolutely not. We do not want the chaos of the last 15 years. He's a decent man trying to sort out the ghastly mess left by Johnson, Truss & Sunak plus he's battling against a grossly right-wing media including the BBC.

Thanks for the information
How can the BBC say it's impartial while gearing programming 'with Reform voters in mind'. Before the 2024 election, it was apparent a high proportion of people intended to vote Labour but I didn't notice the BBC gearing their output to Labour voters. I'll write to Nandy.
October 25, 2025 at 5:06 PM
Yep, they had a party political broadcast for Reform on the Jeremy Vine show today. I bitterly resent my licence fee money being used to promote Reform. What happened to the contract - the fee in return for an impartial, unbiased BBC. Gibb, with his 'helpers' have breached this contract & must go.
October 24, 2025 at 11:49 PM
That is the sure fire way to ensure Reform wins the next election. Given the constant attacks on Labour by Greens, and their total silence about Reform's plans to roll back renewables and prioritise fossil fuels, it seems Reform have infiltrated the Green Party.

No. Starmer is not handing over tax payers' money to his mates. The BBC tried to make out he is (HIGNFY) but this was a lie, which they've admitted in their reply to my complaint. It was designed to make Starmer seem as corrupt as Tory/Reform members. Do not believe the lies of the right wing media
October 12, 2025 at 11:44 AM
So fed up with Greens' negativity towards all but extreme right parties. Their constant vitriol against Labour, Lib Dems etc opens the door to Reform. Greens, are you incapable of saying anything positive? Maybe telling us how you are going to implement and pay for your laudable policies?
October 12, 2025 at 11:35 AM
In a democracy I should not be forced to donate to a political party or face criminal prosecution if I refuse. Yet that is the situation in thd UK. The BBC is now undeniably the mouthpiece of Reform, yet if I want to watch ANY live TV, I have to pay my licence fee, thereby promoting Reform.

Reform are allegedly financed by Putin (see Gill case). Putin believes Russia benefits hugely by climate change and fossil fuel exploitation - 1) selling Russian oil and gas 2) opening up resources in the Arctic. Also Farage's best buddy is "drill-baby-drill" Trump.
October 11, 2025 at 7:52 PM
Deluded Reform/Farage supporter.
October 11, 2025 at 9:15 AM
Yummy.
October 10, 2025 at 9:00 PM
Constantly shafting Labour isn't the way to go. And why do the Greens want to get rid of a consitutional monarch who has consistently advocated for the environment, thereby paving the way for President Farage and Prime Minister Tice?
