I am just curious. I am the Maintenance training and standards manager for not 1 but 2 airlines. I have been an aircraft mechanic for over 38 years. Is this what they mean by black job?

I have officially been accepted into Kansas State University's Professional Aviation Bachelors Degree Program..... 55 years old and I am going back to school. But this degree will open up more doors for me..... I am excited and ready to get started.
