What’s the best book you know about AI ethics?

Especially, how it influences regulation, laws and policy around AI.

I’m looking for something deep and technical.

My aim is to understand and build trust, not to troll.

If we all stay inside our comfort zones, then no one is constructively challenged on their views. Honest listening and empathising with people of opposing views is hard, but will help society.

Doable? Am I wrong?
