I think the exercising helped. Even though I gained weight, my knees and feet don't hurt as much as they would normally do after a soca event

My left side is stronger than my right. Kinda figured because when I dance I isolate my left leg and the movement moves the right, but I can't isolate my right leg to do the same

I started taking it 2 weeks ago. 1 noticeable change I've seen is that my stress levels aren't as high.
Aug 30 was a beach day (filled with lots of movement); little rest even though I was sleeping
Today had restful moments but I forgot to wear my watch to bed so it doesn't depict the full amount
