My favorite was always when they would just take the whole network offline for five to six hours in the middle of the night to do 'scheduled maintenance' that they couldn't be bothered to warn customers was going to happen.

To be fair, everyone in that series was a horrible person. Their neighborhood was, like, a gated community for psychopaths.

Like...it's even more ridiculous when you consider that the bathroom I use is, like, five feet away from the back door we let the dog's out of. It took me, like, a minute between letting them out and walking into the bathroom and that bitch is all 'LET ME BACK IN NOW!'
