If someone with a lot of money to play with (say, Scott Bessent, Howard Lutnick, or one of the other billionaire insiders in the Trump Regime) had some inside knowledge of the timing of announcing and suspending the tariffs, they could have cleaned up on the market over the past week. Just sayin'.

Beyond privacy is data integrity. Without a data integrity plan, any access that allows modification to the source code and/or datasets constitutes a data breach. Once data has been breached, it must be considered forever suspect. Would such data even be admissible as evidence in a court proceeding?
