It is incredible how many people can not or will not differentiate between rules or protocols and guidelines.

It's possible, although I've long lamented that we must have started hitting middle-age since we're more frequently attending funerals than weddings.
I just wish I could afford to handle it in the way previous generations did, with dad shorts and a Corvette. lol

I'd imagine every union is different, but from those I've seen around here, strike pay is generally a fraction of people's incomes, and often also contingent on walking picket lines.
