This goober. The cinnamon roll with questionable morals and a high kill count. So many SO2 fans think he's a stone cold badass, but his PA's betray him as a shy nerd.
I also relate to him maybe too well. I've also had to witness my parents die horribly and it does mess one up.

Ok, here we go. I'll do these as I feel like them, since this week my final project is due for school and I'm still on work overtime.

We are saying goodbye to Laverne tonight. She's stopped eating and the tumor has grown to where she can't really take care of herself anymore. I don't know how Shirley is going to take it. A part of me can't help but feel that I let her down.

Sorry I've been scarce. It's been a busy month. The rats continue to hang in there. We also brought our new kittens home. This week I started summer classes at ASU. I am pursuing a degree in Art Therapy. I'm on the verge of quitting Infinity Nikki. I'm sad it went to poop.

Sorry I've been scarce. It's been a busy month. The rats continue to hang in there. We also brought our new kittens home. This week I started summer classes at ASU. I am pursuing a degree in Art Therapy. I'm on the verge of quitting Infinity Nikki. I'm sad it went to poop.
Pics of the beans have been overdue. They are hanging in there, but all they do is sleep or some exploring of the cage. Shirley has lost a lot of weight. We give them baby food because it's the only way to get calories in them. I think we have weeks left at best.

Laverne had a follow up at the vet today. She has another mass that has appeared by her lungs. They are running the results of the labs and X-rays but it looks like cancer and it's spreading. I don't know what we will do once we have the final diagnosis.

Laverne almost died just from undergoing anesthesia. They were able to revive her and she is stable, but this means they can't safely remove her tumor. I am NOT ready to lose her so soon after Sinbad. I hate this.

Sinbad will soon pass. The pain med relaxed him enough that it's letting him go on his terms while not in pain. His nieces are snuggled up to him in the cage. They know what is going on. I feel good knowing they will be with him till the end.

We will be saying goodbye to Sinbad on Friday. He has heart failure and the treatments would be brutal for a rat his age. They gave him some pain medicine that should get him to Friday that will help him relax, and we can spoil him for a little longer.

Today I finally found the hot tumbler for the Year of the Snake collection. I got the mug last week. Only reason I lucked out is it was hidden behind other cups and I spotted it. The cold cup still eludes me, but since it is the most popular I doubt I'll ever get one in the wild.
