i've basically had a lifetime of history with it. i have people i still consider friends that i haven't interacted with in years, so when i end up making the change i will greatly lower my chances of talking to them ever again.

the real downside of HRT is that as you unlock the ability to think about multiple things at the same time like cis women you also have to figure out how to turn that off when you try to go to bed
