Tweets about my startup journey and learnings
In 2022 it was posting.
In 2023 it was carousels.
In 2024 it was video.

In 2025 it was comments.

My biggest wins this year on LI didn't come from posts.

In my post from last week, you asked for proof.

Here it is.

I know it's hard to believe...
but yeah, Elon truly doesn't hate LinkedIn anymore.

And now he's running EngageFast.ai from the Cybertruck touchscreen.

He's at 24 comments in 13 minutes.

Engineers are trained to avoid errors.

Entrepreneurs are trained by them.

Your first landing page -> ugly as hell.
Your first cold DM -> cringe.
Your first pricing -> way too low.
Your first product -> built for nobody.

40 seconds on a comment: 118 reactions, 20k views.
2 hours on my best post: 82 reactions, 15k views.
8 hours on a week of "average" posts: 10k views total.

A 40 second comment destroyed everything on LinkedIn.

But we all keep spending 2 hours crafting the perfect post.

I had a Google Sheet with 50 names of people I wanted to engage with on LinkedIn.

Every day I got the same damn routine:

- open the sheet
- click profile 1
- wait for page to load
- check if there is a new post
- find something to say
- repeat 49 more times

Took me 90 MINUTES / day

Initially, I was a simple developer.

2 years ago I had (literally) ZERO clue how to:

- do marketing
- sell anything to anyone
- talk to users without feeling weird
- get anyone to care about what I built

A total black box.

You don't need viral posts or 10k followers to sell on LinkedIn.

Here's how to sell with comments from day one:
(the last one is non negotiable)

What my circle thinks I'm doing Saturday nights:

- drinking beers.
- meeting people.
- going to clubs.
- actually having a social life.

Plot twist: Elon doesn't hate LinkedIn anymore.

I gave him EngageFast.ai and now he's addicted.

Last seen commenting on 47 posts in 12 minutes.

The man can't stop.
Now he's farming engagement on LI like he farms rockets.

If you don't trust me, check the pic.

I'm not special.
I'm not a 10x dev.
I'm not even that good at marketing.

My only advantage?

I wake up and try again.

First SaaS: NeoAssist. Failed.
Zero revenue, zero users who cared.

Family and friends kept asking how it's going.
(was ashamed to answer)

People say AI commenting sounds fake.
I've been using AI to comment for 3 months.
Here's what happened:

- Zero people called me out.
- Zero fake vibes.
- Actually got more replies than before.
- Actually got more views on my profile than before.

11k views from Marc Lou's audience.
Cost me 1 minute.

I dropped a comment on Marc Lou's post 4 days ago.

Results:

- 20+ profile visits from targeted leads.
- Multiple follows

You know what's the best?
The comment was 98% generated by EngageFast.

At 24, I felt behind in life.

Everyone on X seemed to crush it:

"Made $50k in 3 months"
"Quit my job and now making 6 figures"
"Sold my startup for $2M at 23"

Thea sent me a DM a few days ago.

She cut her commenting time from 1 hour to 20 minutes.
Just by using EngageFast.

40 minutes saved.

Sounds small? do the math.

40 mins daily
= 5 hours a week.
= 20 hours a month.
= 243 hours a year.

That is 30 full 8-hour work days for one year.

Stop reusing the same 3 photos on your posts.

I built a library of 90+ prompts that gives you fresh, realistic photos for any type of post.

And I'm giving it for FREE.

(nobody can tell they're AI)

Bad news, dropping 30 comments on LI today won't land you 6 clients magically.

The game isn't intensity.
It's showing up daily.

10 comments a day for 30 days beats 100 comments once.

Here's why 👇

I'm French.
And I suck at English.
But I still:

- write posts
- build landing pages
- make demo videos
- talk to users
- and run my SaaS businesses

all in English, every day.
November 25, 2025 at 1:15 PM
I sent 847 cold DMs on LinkedIn last year.

Got 11 replies and 1 customer... 💀

So I switched.

No more cold messages.
Only warm conversations.

Here's how 👇
November 24, 2025 at 1:15 PM
Everyone says show up daily on LinkedIn to get clients.
No one mentions the 2+ hours it actually takes.

I was stuck in that trap.

Posting daily + commenting on 30+ posts = 2 hours gone every single day.

Here's what I learned 👇
November 21, 2025 at 1:15 PM
Here's what I stopped doing as a solo founder:

- posting every minor win like I cured cancer.
- lost 80% of my time on details for 20% results.
- using AI where AI can't replace me.
- pretending my new project is the next unicorn.
- spending more time talking about building than building.
November 20, 2025 at 1:15 PM
I stopped optimizing my posts and revenue went up.

Weird, right?

Here's what happened:

I used to spend 1-2 hour per post.
Refining the hook, the structure, the CTA.

Result?
-> 400 views, 12 likes, zero customers.
November 19, 2025 at 1:15 PM
Your first launch will flop.

Even if you started posting 3 months before.

Because building an audience is long and hard.
Really hard.

Sure, 1% get lucky and grow fast.
They go viral once and ride the wave.

You're probably not in that 1%.
(I wasn't either)
November 18, 2025 at 1:15 PM
Stop sending cold DMs on LinkedIn.

You look desperate.

1000 messages sent.
1 conversion.

Then you tweak your script and try again.

Insanity.

I flipped it.

Now I comment on their posts 2-3 times before DMing.

60% reply rate.
November 17, 2025 at 1:15 PM
Passive income is the biggest lie SaaS solo founders tell themselves.

You know what's really passive?

Nothing.

- Your SaaS needs updates.
- Your audience needs content.
- Your customers need support.
- Your competitors need watching.

The only thing passive is your growth when you stop showing up
November 14, 2025 at 1:15 PM
Building in public is killing your ability to actually build.

- You spend 3 hours crafting the perfect update.
- Another 2 hours engaging with replies.
- Another hour scrolling to stay visible.

Meanwhile your product sits untouched.

The irony is painful.
