I love that little boy and I can’t wait to see the wonderful man I know he can become.

Every time he asks for a Joey and Colleen day makes me so incredibly happy and makes me know that I am shaping his life in a significant way.

I hope that the ten year old boy who is unashamed to hold my and his father’s hand keeps that compassion, keeps that love in his heart. There isn’t enough of that these days.

I see the good man he could become and I hope I can guide him towards that.

I’m so terrified that he’ll fall into the “wrong” group in school and be influenced by the worst parts of the internet.
