This week is Children's Authors and Illustrators Week! Join us this Saturday, February 8th at 10am to learn about the amazing book The Boy and the Bobcat. We'll get to learn about these amazing animals and their behavior, and meet the co-author, Shauna Weyrauch!
A post shared by Ohio State Newark (@ohiostatenewark)
Ohio State Newark Senior Lecturer and co-founder of Project Coshocton, Shauna Weyrauch, PhD, co-authored “The Boy and the Bobcat”. The children’s book is about a boy who, more than anything, wants to know what it’s like to be a bobcat and the adventures that follow when his wish is granted. Weyrauch states, “I hope that, as young readers imagine themselves as bobcats, the book will help spark interest and empathy toward these amazing animals.” The book, “The Boy and the Bobcat,” is available on Amazon or Mascot Books!
