Depends on the neighborhood and messaging. I’ve worked with campaigns that have shifted voting patterns with door knocking. Also not something you achieve with the insights from a single campaign. Like all hard things, it takes time.

I’m in the same camp as Jason. I’ve gotten Claude to write maybe 20 tiny tools that were not worth my time to write, but were high leverage; mostly log analysis.
