Kiddo's teacher suggested we write encouraging letters to our children to be given to them on their SOL (state testing) days next week. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Mine is pietresite! Which is very similar. When I first encountered it, it was described as the "key to the gateway of heaven and earth." I have no idea where the rock shop got that title but it really captured my imagination and I've found new reasons to love it ever since.

My son drew a bunch of Fresno Nightcrawlers. I drew a Mothman.
51 little Frsno Nightcrawlers all climbing around and on top of each other. All different shapes and sizes. My favorite is the one in front with googly eyes. A derpy, top-heavy mothman. He has a tiny booth and bowlegs.

Kiddo likes to fill whole sheets of doodles. I used to do this as a kid. Just come up with characters.

Deviled eggs for breakfast cause I'm an adult and I can eat what I want.
