Pro tip for all my fellow lifters: Get proper shoes! After almost 2 years of lifting 4-5 days a week without arch support, my ankles are messed up 😭. Spend the extra money for shoes and custom soles, it goes a long way.

I really just can't get over how much of a breath of fresh air Bluesky is. I've been so used to what a miserable place Twitter had become that I didn't think things could be better. But here, things just feel great. Way less doom and gloom it rocks.
