He is definitely worse with aging, but what everyone needs to understand is his core personality has not changed from youth to elderly phase. He just cannot mask it anymore since his mind has destroyed his filter.

Between this, the race between Cornyn & Paxton, and Gov Abbott who used to be for states rights & now openly stating he is all in on expanding Presidential power (yet he railed against Biden when he thought he was interfering) running for another term, it is too much. R U listening Texans!
