“Convenience” is about location. I have two shopping centres within a 15 minute drive that have Aldi, Woolies, and Coles all under one roof. That is convenience! Convenience is being able to shop for value from all three and not just screwed on price by one.

BlueSky has put the social back into social media. I’m a long time Auspol follower on the X but looked in only occasionally since it went off. bsky is fun, just like Twitter was originally…and so I’ve managed to get bugger all done for the last 5 days!

The outcome of the US election clearly shows that millions only paid attention to the messages they wanted to hear, truth didn’t matter. It makes you wonder how bad it has to get for the penny to drop; and just how bad the populist press coverage of the 2025 Australian election will be.
