Man, Rene was fantastic, everything a F1 driver should be as far as 12 year old me was concerned, I still think in his pomp he was as fast as anyone else on the grid. 😁👍🏻

One of my childhood sporting heroes, I absolutely loved Andrea when I was a lad and still maintain he is one of the most underrated drivers of all time.

I know the Brabham was the first of the "dart" shaped cars but i always preferred the Tyrrell 012 and more specifically the Osella FA1E, all sexy cars though.

I was only 5 when this happened Peter so a little bit before my time but everything I have read about Brise he really does sound like he was absolutely the real deal.

Those RAM cars were really pretty, Skoal paint jobs looked good on everything though to be fair.
