Hello, umm, algorithm - I got nothing against cats. They’re fine enough people but it’s getting outta control. Dogs, sports, political quips, wellness stuff, energy tech is cool too.

Austin developers.., Can we make this a bad-ass neighborhood? Build very small modest homes. Each pod of, say 8, cabins shares a McMansion-style bldg w/ kitchen, game room, theatre, and dorms for visitors. Right next to train station at Howard ln.
