To name a few in no particular order

- CraftCMS (craftcms.com) They offer managed/self-hosted options.

- Drupal (www.drupal.org) Self-hosted, but there are plenty of managed hosts out there

- dotCMS (www.dotcms.com) Target enterprise but have a community edition. Offer self/managed hosting. (2/3)

spotifyd (github.com/Spotifyd/spo...) is technically an option, it can be installed and controlled using the web client with the stream quality of the native app.

However, it would be best to switch streaming services as Spotify's x86 version is still not very friendly to the Linux community.
