I can let you speak to someone who was at Woolworths when the police and the dogs came. It is not that bad yet. But it will be if y’all take action that will allow administrations like this flourish. It’s always been bad for black people. Even when we are winning we lose.

No I am a black woman. And as bad as it is it is not as bad as what my people have been through in the past. I don’t have the luxury of making the decisions you do. Two years before I was born my mother and father could be jailed for trying to eat at a lunch counter so it is bad but not that bad yet

Sure it is. You are saying that only because you don’t have to deal with racism. When Democrats hold on to racists relationships my people suffer and the fact you don’t recognize that is telling. I want let yall minimize the pain of my people. Both racists and Nazis use systems to oppress.

Your only options are not fascism. But you get to being hurt by fascism if what you do is only vote and wait. Maybe you are the leader Democrats need. Fight fascism in you on way doing what you can do.

You need to be active in it long before you get appalled. You are the Democrat unless you are not a Democrat. If you are not a Democrat. You should still go to that local office and ask for representation of your issues.

In many counties there is an LGBTQ+ caucus at the local At the county DNC office. Ask when they meet. If there is not one ask if you can start one.

Tell them that you are destitute and don’t have a lot but you want to participate. Tell them you want to be a part of creating solutions from the local to the state and at the national level.
