Might be the type of trauma attached. I think some of us have mom issues and others have depression or something which makes the ADHD present in different ways. Watching minimalism videos and body doubling have helped me clean. Maybe it can help you? ☺️

I can’t imagine what it must have been like to go through that as a celebrity. People are so quick to villainize others to forget their own problems.

I’m sad, upset, and PISSED at my community also. I’ve got nothing left for them. I’m going to stick to people I know for sure are safe but I’m not going to easily let new friends in. I’m no longer sharing my knowledge of the culture unless the person shows me they respect me for a long time.
