But in 2016, probably not entirely "fair", unless one is OK with Russian interference in U.S. elections, enabled by U.S. operatives.

Correct, because under an actual fascist regime, protesters are either arrested "en masse" or summarily shot.
Fascist regimes are most effectively overthrown by underground guerilla movements, possibly in cooperation with foreign liberating forces.

Grandma and Pop-Pop built this house.
