Acquaintances and friends…Simple acquaintances become friends when they miss you if you are absent. I have a rather long commute and over time made lots of passing acquaintances. They become friends when they say “hey we missed you yesterday”. Now that’s community. Cheers all

Tariffs-gotta take a big deep breath here. In the immediate situation does my life change? For me the answer is no. But I got hobbies one of which depends on foreign companies. But it’s a hobby I don’t need stuff for my hobby.

I’m not an economist or understand the global economy. But I do know that the world is a complicated place, and there are consequences to actions. But I guess the fat oaf at 1600 has no concept of that. Sigh….

So how do you like your smaller govt. Ain’t it great to have fewer govt. employees? After all you don’t need govt services…so what if you have to wait just a wee bit “longer” for help from Social Security. And who cares if your toilet stall at Yosemite ain’t clean.

Oh the buyout are here for my agency…. Now I feel like I’m on a game show take 25k now and give another years salary, or continue along, and take the easy money just to fu the FOO. Initially it was take the moolah, but then I thought about the dough and how it will fund 2 vacation to Europe

What a dark time it is for us Feds. At the same time there are those that are true heroes, and for me it's all the attorneys who resigned rather than follow orders in the Mayor Adams case in NYC. Thank you all for keeping your loyalty to the Constitution and not the *&*^*&( at 1600.

Today is President's Day - How can I honor a demon like our current occupant of 1600? A man who is acts like a Dictator and denies Project 2025 yet runs the country with the ideas of it as his mantra. NO he will never be my president. May his life be short as well as those who support him.

Simple joys., I'm a Fed, and hammered by Adolph Trump & Heinrich Musk is mentally taxing...But I found simple joy by just view 2 movies...'Princess Diaries' and 'Wicked - Part 1' Of course watching the movies with popcorn, an IPA, and a CBD gummy was great too!....have a gr8t weekend all.

These are dark days for the Federal Workforce. Believe it or not a vast majority of us fed do care about our jobs and mission of the agencies. We toil away for the people of the United States. Our loyalty and allegiance is not to one man but the Constitution of the United States.

Hey Feds - doesn't it seem strange that NOT MY and is appointed minions are not going out and about to explain the fork in the Road directive. But instead choose the various agency head to explain or deflect....hmmmm talking about have no balls.

Demons - for many our demons are small tiny doubts, insecurities, somewhat easily managed or dealt with. Well on my commute home tonight, sadly one person’s demons got the better of them. That person choose to end their life on the tracks of the commuter rail line that I ride on. How sad.

On this morning’s commute at the train station there was a missing person poster. Apparently Noah’s inner self got the better of him. I’m hoping for positive outcome for Noah and that he returns to his family and friends.
