No worries. JAA is the Joint Agree Association. They are a bridge between 2 year and 4 year colleges.

When does he graduate?

That was supposed to read “RI Promise”. Not whatever the hell that was.

He can take advantage of the Rai Promise program and attend the school for free. Financial aid can help with the books and the JAA program will get him to a four year university!
