Our latest report demonstrates the need for urgent action on fair pay in Scotland’s social care sector.

The report makes 10 recommendations to the Scottish Government and COSLA on the steps needed to support the long-term sustainability of the sector.

A Feb 2025 poll of our members found 67% of not-for-profit providers are relying on financial reserves to stay afloat.

Of these 91% say they'll cease to be viable within 4 years if that trend continues.
