Himiko is exactly 5 years and 222 days younger than Keigo. We aren't told the age that the commission snaps up Keigo, but he looks around five years old. So, the timeline matches up for an unknown (or, at bare minimum, not told to Keigo) pregnancy for Tomie.

Not even joking, I have fully convinced myself that Himiko Toga and Takami Keigo aka Hawks are full blooded siblings.
