Once teams learn to get better at defending set pieces by filling their sides with big players, then maybe teams that focus on giving away fewer free-kicks and corners and can play through big (and probably slow) teams will start succeeding and that will be the new tactical trend

Football, like all games, is basically just a complex version of rock/paper/scissors.
A winning strategy becomes an easily nullified one, then becomes a losing one.
And I guess teams come to the same conclusion on best way to play at the same time since they're all analysing the same data.

But at least it's closer to an actual "League" now as the name has always annoyed me. They still need to sort out the "Champions" bit though.

It's basically perpetual league games involving mid-table teams in a division I don't care about.
Or stopping during a walk in the park to watch a random Sunday League game.
(Obviously there's a variance in the quality)

If I were Andrea/Zak, I'd be praying for Oscar to just wrap this up ASAP to avoid the stress of their drivers continuing to take points off each other and letting Max nick it from under their noses

The "foreigner" rules dictated that Premier League teams needed to be mainly British before Wenger arrived at Arsenal.
Ferguson had a Dane, a Frenchman, and a Russian in his squad long before Wenger went to Arsenal. Good chance he would have had more if the rules allowed it.

What next? Teams lining up in parallel lines for throw-ins?
Game's gone.

Are "underrated" and "under the radar" the same thing?
A player could be well known, but underappreciated (in someone's opinion).
