Unfortunately compared to the SportsNet crew… yes… I listened to the Utah feed because it was significantly better

This is fair and I share this sentiment. I do however miss saxophone squirtle at the games.

I had the same thoughts

He has an A game?

I think it’s times like these when we need to ask ourselves “What Would Boimler Do?”

I’m not sure what was worse, this commercial (which lied, Tim Horton’s is Brazilian owned) or the terrible new scoreboard overlay that Fox tried out

It’s the classic Belichick move, take away their top strength. So far, it’s working

This feels like the Canadian version of “Freedom Fries”

It only gets better and better. Enjoy!

So assuming the amount of soldiers is prorated to the amount of fentanyl entering the US by the other country, Canada needs to deploy an addition 20.3 soldiers to meet this demand. Heck, we may even round up to 21 just to play nice :)

I just…. I just don’t get it, why not play Heinola and Miller who are so much better!

I don’t think Stanley has any right being in the top 4, regardless of Samberg being out and having a hole to fill. I also don’t think he should be in the top 6. I feel the last two games have proven that he is not top 4. Pionk needs someone more dependable like Miller when Samberg is out

Have we renamed the press box “the top 6”? Because other than a trade out of town, that’s the only place he belongs

You mean that super light stick tap? He should have been moving him out of the way or at least making him more uncomfortable. Coaches need to give Stanley the boot from PK duties
December 29, 2024 at 1:20 AM
Stanley has been a large factor in both of Ottawa’s PPG so far. Let’s hope the coaching staff finally see the light and give him the boot
December 29, 2024 at 1:19 AM
I think that his lack of anticipation for the cross ice pass shows that Stanley is not a good fit for the PK. If you don’t have the speed, you need the hockey IQ to compensate and I don’t see it from him. This team should be a solid playoff team but issues like this have me concerned
December 29, 2024 at 1:15 AM
I think it’s both. Stanley was way too slow and needs to be more aware of what the offense is setting up. Ottawa also deserves credit for a great pass which exposes one of Stanley’s many flaws
December 29, 2024 at 12:44 AM
I hope that the coaches come to their senses just like the shift of Ehlers to PP1 and that Heinola becomes the regular in the lineup. Stanley should be traded to get some value back, maybe in a package for a top 6 Center…
