This seems like a relevant time to point out that the only instance of a penis in the ladies room my family has been harmed by was when a male teacher at my daughter’s private middle school purposefully followed her in to the girls bathroom. 🧵

I don’t think anyone disagrees that the government is bloated and inefficient. Think of it like a family run business out of a historic home - where a few of the family members are hoarders. And some keep too many animals. And some are minimalists. And everyone agrees things need to get cleaned out.

What’s happening is unprecedented, so politicians, journalists, public servants etc are doing their best to adjust. Not doing exactly what you think they should doesn’t mean they’re giving up or giving in.

The disability & chronic illness community is be the most overlooked and undervalued asset to a potential resistance effort.

Probably an unreasonable expectation have sent me to 17 years of Sunday School, 6 years of AWANA, Bible college & let me marry the youth pastor and think that I would not be quoting scripture to you for the rest of our lives.

The last TikTok on my FYP was Andrew Ball’s 1980’s newscast highlights reel. It was the most epically perfect ending of an era. (& I was lucky enough to be screen recording). He’s on YouTube. Go find him & give him a follow. You won’t be disappointed. (Not sure why the sound isn’t coming through🤷🏻♀️).
