I would tend to agree with this sentiment. But I also cannot watch them and not cheer for Ws. If I am going to be busy, and unable to watch, and check and see its an L -- I don't get unhappy, more hopeful we are closer to change.

That is a good sign. Players going from OUT to Q for IUBB is usually a good sign. Players going from no status to Q is usually a bad sign.
