But haven't we Dems been saying that (or hoping for that?) about Trump for nearly 10 years now? I'm not trying to be a voice of doom -- but what facts exist that make it a realistic thing now, when it obviously wasn't before?

Nothing from Benjamin Ryan is worth reviewing -- his agenda is stuck. He wouldn't know what to do with new research, if it goes against that agenda.

He only needs five judges (or, technically, Justices), and the rest don't matter -- including any members of the federal judiciary who sit below SCOTUS.

I'll certainly be celebrating, but watching it? Nah.
