Non-stop 15k & felt good throughout. The psychology of running is fascinating, the voices in your head (not literally) telling you just do 10k or 12k & then telling you that you’re strong & you can run 21k! Anyway, I set my target & achieved it &!pretty pleased. #running #run #Exeter

Another 21k under my belt! It might have been quicker than my first, but the last 3k was a struggle. But it’s all relative, I felt like this when starting the 10k’s & 5k’s. That high resolution AROME model out to 9am shows gusts I’ve never seen this model show before for Ireland and this model is one of the best there is for Ireland. Anyone saying this is just another storm is in for a rude awakening. This will be an historic storm. #StormÉowyn

December grey 7k! The view today is of Exeter Prison from across the railway tracks. Many, many years ago crowds of around 30k - 40k would gather to witness public executions at the prison. Anyhow, there is also a cute picture of my dog to cheer everyone up! #running #exeter #run #fitness #dog

This run is known as the Darragh 15k! Very interesting run through #StormDarragh, most of run along the river was into a headwind, which will be great for fitness! Now, I love my @garmin watch, but apparently, I was over an hour in the anaerobic range, which is impossible. #running #exeter #run
