很多这种虽然没有音高，但是仍然有brightness的区别，办法其实是日常保持比较bright的那种发声位置。
这样各种气流流过去的时候声音都是更加bright的那种，咳嗽、清嗓子、打嗝、倒吸一口气、叹气什么的都可以这样。
