Maybe eat with some.rice and or cheese? Do you like horchata? It's the best I've found at combating spice. Way better than milk.

I find this interesting. I've discovered a lot of the wiccan/pagan circles I've had the fortune to interact with to be very heavily invested into feminine and masculine energies and to an extent enforce gender roles through that. It's part of why I don't practice.
