Last night: Finished this heartbreaking novel by @carolrifkabrunt.bsky.social about a young girl who loses her uncle to AIDS.

This morning: Cuts to CDC remove all HIV programming- prevention and treatment- and fire public health experts whose experience we need to prevent disease and save lives.
