I’ve seen one of these hovering under the highway, about 30 feet above the treeline, watching oncoming traffic. It didn’t have any visible propellers, and it seemed to be about the size of a compact car. The sound in that video is exactly what I heard.

I live in Northern, these drones are so strange. I saw one tonight on rt in West Milford. It was maybe 30-40 ft above the treeline and was just hovering facing the traffic.
...Like it was doing some sort of surveillance.

Thank you!! That's what I've been saying. Drones can't go all night like these. I'm certain this is UAP activity.
