I spent the entire day (well, 8 hours) in the United lounge at IAD after my 10pm flight was cancelled at 1:30am. Oddly, not a horrible day. There are worse ways to spend a work day.

I can see why the Jäeger Square development was controversial. From what I understand, it was scaled back. It still doesn’t fit within this few blocks. Plus for my MV property value, minus for parking on my street. I guess it’s a wash.

Doing a walking tour of public art installations is one of the best things to do downtown.

Seriously, I don’t just visit cemeteries, but I did bike over to the Camp Chase CSA cemetery on All Souls Day. Met a very cool noviate (nun) who is teaching at Bishop Ready HS. At first I thought she was an apparition! We had a great conversation.

Fascinating … and one of the saddest places in Cbus.
