They toned back the spice this year on the holiday offering. The clove taste doesn’t hit you over the head anymore; I think that’s a good development, although in a way, I will miss the old formula.

Great coffee, baffling holiday marketing for a honey-flavored product with floral notes. But it reminds you, spring is coming up!

Bones churnin’ out unique small batch flavors; these two were great, I’m thinking of trying the Roasted Chestnuts one next.

Bones does it again! Despite the packaging which makes you think it’s going to be strong and sweet, it’s actually a really well-balanced medium roast with a subtle aftertaste of pineapple. Very good! I have two more Bones offerings to try.

This is a different one, I’m usually not one that likes floral/perfumey elements in anything edible, but this works. Light vanilla taste.

This is papaya coffee. It really, really should not work as a flavor. But it does, amazingly well. Kudos, Larissa Veronica.

I’d say this is great cinnamon coffee if it actually tasted like cinnamon. It is, in fact, chai coffee. It’s like some manager of a food manufacturing plant discovered an overstock of chai flavoring and said “what are we going to do with this?” It makes me want to order some kheer.

So there’s a group of us coffee addicts that discovered that Great Value Gingerbread coffee is actually outstanding. I was still flummoxed when, right after Thanksgiving the stock dried up. Now I know why: it hits shelves BEFORE Halloween.

I’m totally digging this Fresh Market Pumpkin Spice, although if you served it to me without telling me what it is I would have no idea it is pumpkin flavored. More like some holiday bread flavor you would find in Pennsylvania Dutch country.
