Let’s stop shortening ideas into acronyms that hide the truth of these words. Why does the government want to get rid of different kinds of people from the workplace? Why does the government want to separate us? Credit to professor_crunk on Threads for the words below (#AltText Included).

DEI puts us on defense. Re-segregation puts them on defense. Defend why you want to separate society by color again. Defend why you think having Black people causes plane crashes. Defend why you think white people deserve vaccines earlier and more often then Black people. Let’s be explicit. Thanks to my historian baes for calling for this more precise language.
