I’ve had just over a week off booze and to be honest it has frighted me a little to see how much my thoughts and life revolve around beer.

I do feel so much better, less bloated, more energy and lost weight.

Headed to Europe in about 10 days so I wanna feel good before then!!

Honestly, if I didn’t drink I’d be in such better shape. I eat well. Plenty protein etc and workout pretty consistently. But 2 x a week I’ll have about 8 beers and be fucked for the next day.

Unfortunately today wasn’t enough. My football team is going down to league one for the first time since it began. Over 25 years and now we’re back down.

Gonna be one hell of a ride.

Gonna try and take a break from the booze. Been back for my Easter break from uni for 5 days and already drank on 2/5 of those days to the point where I couldn’t do what I planned to do the next day due to being hungover.
