Largest trawler bet I have found so far. It took a long time to dig out of the sand and drag it back to the van… the sunset made it worth it though.

Taking a moment to just stop and appreciate.

Couldn’t resist heading to the beach today in the glorious winter sun. The rocks turned out to be the perfect spot to capture my latest necklace. Hand carved from waste surfboard resin and recycled silver.

Raw waste resin run off produced during the manufacture of customs surfboards is normally sent to landfill; but it is a type of plastic and will not decompose. Instead as part of circular economy I buy the ‘Surfite’ in its raw state and hand carve it into unique one-of-a kind jewellery.

Taking a moment everyday to clear by local patch of beach. It’s never ending task but I still believe every little bit we do will help..

Love creating new work for shows. These new hoop earrings are handmade form recycled silver and carved Surfite cylinders. Sustainable jewellery never looked so good 😍
