3 hours of sleep before I had to get up and get the smoker going. Never done Brisket on my pellet smoker so this is a first for me. I’m sure it’s a different smoke than my BGE (IYKYK) so we shall see. MEATER set for temp control. Updates coming throughout the day.

I don’t understand why we are still dwelling on Trump being elected. It’s over and it’s going to be a nightmare. It’s time to just figure out how to mitigate the damage and be so much better prepared for the next election. This isn’t time to rest. It’s to react properly.

Finally getting some long over due chores done at the house. Nothing like inviting 30 ppl over to put the preverbal gun to your head. Lol.
