Kimiko stands on the porch of an old wooden house that is in some disrepair. She is wearing a shawl over a big turtleneck sweater and long skirt, and is leaning back against the wooden railing. Above her, some of the ceiling boards are missing and a window behind her into the house shows that it appears empty. Some loose boards and cans sit on the floor of the porch behind her, as if someone was doing repairs. Off the porch, we can see some of the rest of the house, which is two story with a highly pitched roof and wood siding that needs work, and also a gnarled tree that has lost all its leaves.

Dynamo is a minor reocurring enemy in the X series, being in the 5th & 6th games, basically being a hired gun for whoever the main antagonist is. TEPPEN takes that aspect of his and turns him into a shady underworld dealer. In context of this card pack, Dynamo approaching Larry with a selection of monsters for him to use for the Steel Samurai show.

The flavor text mentions his whereabouts being unknown, likely an allusion to how he never actually gets destroyed in either X game, simply running off after his defeats.
