The Supreme Court's tariff argument is still ongoing. Currently arguing that IEEPA does *not* give president the authority to impose the 2025 tariffs: leading Supreme Court advocate Neal Katyal, incidentally my Yale Law School classmate & superstar of our Con Law class!

What did the appellate court rule in Llano County? How could that ruling affect graphic novels, manga, anime, and other comic arts even if the Supreme Court were to decide not to take the case? Much more to follow re this case here and on cbldf.org!
