Describing the U.S. as the “meth lab below [Canada]” is too funny and too real (as an American). Sadly, I think not knowing/caring how one’s actions affect other people (at home and abroad) is baked into the Republican worldview, continuing an American tradition of rabid narcissism.

Kim is at least a hard worker and better at managing her own image & brand. Nuzzi is a mess, but not a compelling one. She is a car wreck you *can* look away from.

It’s confusing because he also appears to slamming their silly SJW jobs in part because they aren’t “stable” or “lucrative.” It’s somehow *more* sexist than the finance bros of yore, who were at least happy to have their housewives do charity work.

Not disabled people—language learners! I only mentioned those groups because they often need to have jokes explained to them. And if we can let them in & still laugh, I have doubts about the value of enforcing the boundaries of humor in other contexts.
