Who is a cheap shot ?

I have seen all the teams win Championships starting with the Bullets 1978 Redskins then DC United then Capitals then the Nationals then the Mystics and NOW everything is bad

I care about the Nationals and yes the DC sports landscape is awful and the Wizards will break the Capitals 74-75 record for being awful
