Nice, this stretch has what I believe to be the most pressured fish on the east coast. They see a lot of flies thrown at them

I agree with Barry above but flip a rock and see whats crawling around on the bottom of the rock. Use that as an anchor fly and run a dry above it by 1.5x the depth of the water. Good luck!

They come out to say hi quite often. Playing catch with bears sounds significantly more dangerous than fishing. Who's dating fish? Are there documented cases of fish dating?

Walked down as it was a new stream for me and watched a brown feed and thought "thats a good sign" apparently not. Dry dropper with royal wulff and #24 midge as thats what was under a rock.

Tiny fly season is upon us I believe. I've caught a few in the past weeks on #18 all black midges, nothing yet on the 20s and 24s I've tied on.
