I fought for safe staffing alongside OPEIU 40 this week — it’s time we put our community first and support the nurses and staff who care for us.

I’ll always fight for access to quality healthcare for EVERYONE in our country: we must ensure our workers & service staff are supported and valued.

Today, we remember 9/11 and the people we lost. We remember the families who are still missing their loved ones, and we honor the first responders who met unimaginable danger and did their jobs with courage, grace, tenacity, and humility.

Now, I am running for Congress. Like so many of us, I am sick of the extremists in Washington.
