Flotsam//Jetsam being mechanically playable as a mono-blue card makes sense to me, sure, you can play either side with only blue mana.
But bending its color identity so it’s playable in mono-U, or even a jeskai deck, simply feels off to me.

This card is undoubtably great, but I’m sad that it is already such an obvious strict upgrade to its fellow FF card, and new personal favorite of mine, Relm’s Sketching.
